The Board of Directors and Executive Management Team of Paratransit Services are dedicated to guaranteeing that our company never falters in its mission to provide quality coordinated transportation and community services that meet the needs of the people we are entrusted to serve. 2017 marks our 37th Year as an industry leader in community-based, coordinated transportation and brokerage systems.
2016 was my twelfth year as President/CEO for Paratransit Services. I can’t believe how quickly time passes, especially when you’re having fun doing what you love. I’m very proud of all that our employees have accomplished in making a difference in the lives of the people we’ve been entrusted to serve. I am blessed each day by the employees, our clients and the communities we serve. I eagerly look forward to the New Year as we humbly continue our mission of service.
Whether our customers know us as the driver of their accessible public transit system bus, or as the friendly call center voice who arranges their Medicaid or ADA-related transportation, we want our customers to know they can always depend on us for service that is courteous and professional.
We know the key to meeting this commitment lies with our employees. It is through their service, commitment, ownership, teamwork, and integrity that we continue to build a successful Community Service Organization.
Our employees are what have made Paratransit Services successful over the past 37 years. Each day when we come to work we have the opportunity to “make a difference” in someone’s life. Every person here has the ability to positively affect the communities and the lives of the clients we serve. Humble caring service is at the core of what every Paratransit Services employee’s mission is each day. There are not many people or companies that have such an opportunity throughout their work day and I am proud to be associated with each of our employees.
From the “front line” to corporate headquarters, Paratransit Services employees share the goal of providing the best customer service in the Transportation and Coordinated Services Industry. As I enter 2017 as President/CEO it’s the employees that make my job a pleasure, and my confidence in our future remains unshakeable!
