Banks Awarded 2021 President’s Merit Award

Bremerton, Washington – During a surprise celebration, Paratransit Services recognized a member of the Bremerton Call Center this week for their outstanding contributions to the company. Leslie Banks, an Administrative Assistant for the Bremerton Call Center, was awarded one of the 2021 President’s Merit Awards presented by President/CEO, David Baker. The President’s Merit Award was established to acknowledge employees for outstanding performance and contributions from the different operational sites of Paratransit Services. Leslie, who has been with Paratransit Services for 11+ years, has taken on many duties that have helped to keep the call center running effectively throughout her tenure. In addition to her daily role, Leslie has gone out of her way to learn new skills and develop new strategies to increase efficiency within her department. General Manager of the Bremerton Call Center, Ann Kennedy, had this to say about Leslie:
