Jean Spreng Recognized for Reaching 35 Year Milestone
Bremerton, Washington – July 16th, 2024. The staff at Paratransit Services Bremerton Office gathered today to recognize a truly remarkable accomplishment by Transportation Broker, Jean Spreng. Ms. Spreng just celebrated her 35th anniversary as a dedicated member of the Paratransit Services Team! Her 35 year tenure with Paratransit Services also makes her the current longest tenured employee throughout the entire organization! An achievement more than worthy of recognition. Ms, Spreng held various positions when she first started with Paratransit Services, but found a home as a broker in our NEMT Call Center for the past 29 years.
Jean does a great job of assigning trips to the transportation providers and has the keen ability to keep things moving along throughout the day. When new people interact with Jean, they tend to be a bit intimidated by her “get-it-done” attitude. She is a sweetheart, but do not waste her time.
Our Call Center Staff had these kind words to share about Jean and her impact on our organization:
“I remember when I was hired, they had me observe Jean do her job. She types so fast I could not keep up with what she was doing. I eventually asked to sit with one of her co-workers who typed slower so I could follow along,” (Ann Kennedy; General Manager).
“Jean works great with the transportation providers. They absolutely love her,” (Colleen Clark; Contracts Administrator).
“Jean is dedicated and dependable as the opening broker. I can always count on her to show up and get the job done,” (Tammy Shreeve; Regional Supervisor).
Jean is a great asset to Paratransit Services. She is an example to all of us with her work ethic, dependability and dedication. Paratransit Services is committed to making a difference each day in the lives of our employees and in the communities, we are proud to serve. It is an honor to recognize Jean Spreng for her many contributions for over 35 years!
